STRIVE Baltimore is based on the STRIVE International model. STRIVE first came to Baltimore in 1998 under the auspices of Baltimore Healthy Start. In 1999, STRIVE Baltimore was taken on by Joe Jones, president and CEO of CFUF, and formed the foundation of CFUF.
