CFUF recognizes the need for a permanent support system for our program graduates – a department dedicated solely to meeting the evolving needs of those who have participated in one or more of our programs. We stay with our clients for years after they have completed specific programs, because we understand that even the most motivated individuals face sudden, unexpected hurdles on the path to change that can appear insurmountable. We know that support needs to be there at exactly the right moment. Our alumni services department is dedicated to providing access to our staff, our technology and our expertise to continue their journey toward personal advancement. With our innovative Alumni Services program, CFUF is able to galvanize a fraternity of graduates who are becoming a recognized force throughout their social and business communities. Available Services
CFUF is constantly looking for innovative ways to help alumni attain their personal and family goals. Each graduate is assigned a case manager who will guide them in accessing the following available list of services:
- Educational Development – GED training, College Prep, and Computer Literacy, with access to the CFUF Computer Labs
- Finance Education/Services – Financial Literacy and Housing Stability Seminars
- Career/Occupational Training – Access to Warehouse Training, Customer Service Training, and Job Fairs
- Member Benefits – Onsite Banking Facility, Discounts at Area Stores
- The Career Resource and Volunteer Encounters Group (C.R.A.V.E.) – Community Service and Mentoring Opportunities
