Accounting Assistant-Finance Department
Under the supervision of the Chief Financial Officer for CFUF, assist the Grants Accountant in the daily managerment of all financial operations of organization. Responsible for specified aspects of cash and check accounting activities, accounts payable operations and payroll functions. Two years of strong accounting experience is preferred. Must be proficient in working with computer accounting programs, previous experience with MIP accounting software is a plus.
Account Manager Workforce Development
The account manager(s) will identify and develop employment opportunities for clients that participate in CFUF Workforce Development programs with emphasis on initial job placement for graduates of the STRIVE Baltimore Program. Other duties include assessing employer staffing needs, assist in the matching of candidates to employer job opportunities. Account managers spend the majority of their time in the field working with employer partners.
Program Assistant- Workforce Development
Provide administrative support to Director of Workforce Development in all areas related to the operation of Workforce Development programs. Act as liaison between Director of Workforce Development and stakeholders. Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned.
Workforce Development Specialist – Couples Employment
Teach job readiness to couples. Completes career assessments and career coaching. Track employment milestones Member of the couples employment outreach team. The Workforce Development Specialist will manage assigned caseload of couples and is responsible for assisting program participants in job search activities and job placement. is responsible for generating job opportunities in the various industry clusters. Responsible for assisting employment service manager in planning, designing and implementing various marketing strategies to recruit employers and businesses for job leads and job work orders. Assist other staff in achieving their benchmark goals. Assist manager in evaluating progress of program goals. Responsible for meeting all specified benchmark goals in order to ensure that that assigned caseload gain full- time unsubsidized employment or devise plan that will lead to full- time unsubsidized employment
Human Resources Manager- Administration The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the oversight, implementation and application of HR policies and procedures, acting as a resource to both staff and managers.
Career Retention Specialist- Workforce Development Responsible for the tracking of CFUF workforce program participants. Career Retention Specialist is charged with maintaining updated database information on the location and contact information of program participants. Career Development Retention specialist serves as liason between the Career Development Case Manager and the participants.
