Contractual Human Resources Manager

 POSITION SUMMARY:

In charge of all aspects of Human Resources Department.  Ensure that CFUF employees conduct themselves within the parameters of CFUF policies and procedures. 

QUALIFICATIONS:  Bachelor’s Degree. PHR certification is a plus. At least 2 years supervisory experience. Must have at least 4 years practical working experience in a Human Resources Management. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.  Must be computer literate.  Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once is required.  This is a part-time contractual position. Candidate must work 24 hours per week.  A benefits package does not apply for this position.    Knowledge of Department of Labor Licensing and Regulation Laws is required.

Title:               Couples Employment Group Facilitator            

Reports To:    Couples Employment Program Manager

Manages:       None

Salary:            $ 75 per hour

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the Couples Employment Program Director, Co-facilitate along with other CE group facilitators, sessions using CE Project curriculum.  Ensure that clients achieve set goals and objectives.  Provide assessments regarding clients.  Provide reports to CE Director as needed regarding client progress and/or barriers.

QUALIFICATIONS:  

This is a contractual position which does not include a benefits package. Bachelors’s degree. Facilitation experience in workforce development and healthy relationships subject matter is a plus. Excellent organizational and listening skills important. At least 2 years experience in group facilitation or related field. Must display ability to be non-judgmental and flexible. Must be reliable and punctual. Must be computer proficient.

Title:               Career Development Case Manager

Reports To:    STRIVE Program Manager

Manages:       None

Salary:            $ 38000 annually; full time w/benefits 

 POSITION SUMMARY:

The Career Development Case Manager (CDCM)  manages an assigned caseload of Jobseekers. They provide job coaching, placement assistance, coordinate job matching of appropriate and qualified candidates to fill employer partner’s job orders. CDCM is responsible for assisting and ensuring that jobseekers obtain a full-time, unsubsidized, initial job placement after completing CFUF programs.  CDCM will conduct a workforce assessment and develop a career development plan as well as the client transition plan for individuals on their caseload. After caseload has obtained an initial placement, CDCM will track individuals’ attachment to the labor market on regular intervals to ensure benchmark goals are met.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

 Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred with 3+ years experience in workforce development or related field. Years of experience may substitute for educational requirement.  Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be computer proficient with experience in database software applications. Must be able to handle multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines. Strong networking skills required. Must possess valid Maryland Drivers license and have reliable transportation.
