Available Positions:
Alumni Services Director
Responsible for the development and implementations of a comprehensive membership development program, including new members, retention of current members and the solicitation and contact of previous clients of CFUF programs. The position requires the development and production of various marketing materials needed to carry out the membership work program. This is a senior management position with responsibilities in department management, serving on the Leadership Management team, project development and oversight. Responsibilities include assisting with development, planning, and executing workshops, programs, lectures and other activities of interest to current participants, alumni of all CFUF programs and the broader community. Research and coordinate with CEO/COO and the Board of Directors, the approval and implementation of new membership benefits and incentives. Assist in the development of strategies to maintain the momentum of the Alumni Services Department and to achieve its programmatic and financial objectives. Responsible Fatherhood Specialist/Child Support Liason
POSITION SUMMARY:
Provides curriculum training around parenting and fatherhood, Provides relationship coaching on an individual level. Completes responsible fatherhood assessments and parenting coaching. Tracks fatherhood development milestones. Member of the BRFP outreach team This position is a part of a research project that is funded for a 1 year period.
Additional requirements:
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Must be proficient in using database software programs on daily basis
· Must be proficient in using internet on daily basis
· Must be in good general health and be able to pass physical exam as well as drug screen
· Must have valid Maryland Driver’s License
QUALIFICATIONS: (1) At least an Associates degree preferred in the following areas: Criminal Justice, Human Services, Social Work, Sociology/psychology and four years experience working in a human services capacity or (2) a Bachelors degree is a plus in the aforementioned areas and two years experience in the field of human services. At least a high school diploma or GED required. Years of experience may be substituted for education. Selections will be based on the ability of the prospective candidate to demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to effectively relate to the target population (i.e. low-income non-custodial fathers).
