UPS Earn Learn Project
The USP Earn Learn Initiative is a partnership between United Parcel Services (UPS), the Annie E. Casey Foundation, Center for Urban Families’ (CFUF) STRIVE Baltimore Employment Program, East Baltimore Development, Incorporated (EDBI) and the Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC). This initiative is designed to connect East Baltimore residents to job opportunities at UPS that lead to family sustaining wages while participating in educational and occupational training.
