CFUF’s Workforce Development area houses three programs: STRIVE Baltimore, Career Path, Partners for Success & Related Fatherhood Services. Each of these programs combines rigorous job-readiness training with comprehensive case management services.

These Workforce Development programs provide Baltimore residents with the information and tools they need in order to achieve higher wages and to create self-sufficient families and communities.
