CFUF’s Workforce Development area houses four programs: STRIVE Baltimore, Couples Employment & Related Fatherhood Services,  Career Path, and UPS Earn-Learn Project. Each of these programs combines rigorous job-readiness training with comprehensive case management services.

These Workforce Development programs provide Baltimore residents with the information and tools they need in order to achieve higher wages and to create self-sufficient families and communities.
