BCAAN

BCAAN(Baltimore Communities Assisting and Advancing Neighbors)

BCAAN is a part of a $25 million strategic collaboration among national and regional philanthropic partners, including Robin Hood, The Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation, Tipping Point Community, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundations to create Mobility LABs (Learning and Action Bets). From March 2021 to February 2024, Mobility LABs will spur the development of new solutions to sustainably lift families out of poverty in diverse urban, suburban, and rural communities and promote dynamic leaders who will aim to change he national conversation around social and economic mobility.

BCAAN is constructing an economic mobility ecosystem using a multigenerational approach that will assist residents of the greater Penn North Community with working economic success, power and autonomy, and being valued in the community.
